Our Shoes
How and where are Freedazz shoes made?
Freedazz partners with traditional artisans to bring our custom designs to life. Our fabric takes 14 days to hand loom and embroider using legacy techniques perfected over many generations by an indigenous women's weaving collective in Southern Mexico. Each fabric piece is approximately 8 ft. x 3 ft, which is then shipped to a family-owned shoe workshop in Central Mexico. There traditional craftsmen cut and sew the fabric into different styles before attaching the comfort sole with ample interior padding.
Will my shoes be identical to the photo?
Unlike mass-produced footwear where every item is identical, each handmade Freedazz's fabric is unique with different design placement resulting in no 2 shoes being identical to the sample photo--or each other. Great care is taken to provide pairs where each shoe complements the other.
Unless specifically noted, all images are for representational purposes only.
For certain multicolored styles with wide variation, we provide photos of one-of-a-kind pairs in each size to choose from.
Do your shoes fit true to size?
Each unisex style has a different fit profile, and we provide detailed sizing notes (runs true, large or small) on each product page to help you determine your correct size. Note women's sizes come in whole sizes only, and guidance for 1/2 sizes is provided on each product page.

How do I clean my Freedazz footwear?
To keep the sides of your white sneaker looking new, use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
For the fabric upper, gentle cleaning is needed due to the silk blend embroidery threads. Spot clean by applying to a damp cotton swab or clean washcloth either diluted mild soap that is free of bleach, or micellar water (available in cosmetics sections of stores). Lightly dab on fabric. Air dry only away from sunlight.
Washing may cause some fading. If you need a deep clean of sneakers, loafers and slippers (never wash espadrilles or sandals), you can wash by hand, or use hand wash cycle in cold water with Woolite or similar mild detergent. Do not put in dryer; air dry only away from sunlight.
What materials are Freedazz footwear made from?
Our handwoven upper has a 100% cotton base and the embroidery is a silk polyester blend. The interior has a cushioned synthetic padding and the soles are 20% rubber/80% synthetic.
Shipping
What is my shipping cost to receive, and what carrier to you use?
We provide FREE UPS Ground Saver shipping in the US. We do not ship outside of the US.
Shipping is from CT and standard delivery averages 3-10 business days (longer during holidays) based on distance. Tracking information will be sent with your confirmation.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, prices are listed at checkout.
Exchanges
What is your exchange policy?
As of 12/4/25, all items are Final Sale due to the closing of the business. No refunds will be issued, however exchanges will be processed through 12/19/25 based on available inventory.
Before shipping, notify us at freedazz.shoes@gmail.com of the item you are exchanging and the desired replacement. Items to be exchanged must be received by Freedazz no later than 12/19/2025.
However, purchases completed prior to 12/4/25 are eligible for a refund if we cannot provide an exchange replacement in the style and size you request. Items must be received by Freedazz no later than 12/19/2025 to receive a refund.
Exchange Shipping Details
- While Freedazz provides Free Shipping to you, return shipping back to us is paid by the customer.
- Once received, we charge $7 for each exchanged pair to ship back to you via UPS Ground Saver shipping.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return and refund policy?
As of 12/4/25, all items are Final Sale due to the closing of the business. No refunds will be issued, however exchanges will be processed through 12/19/25, based on available inventory. Items to be exchanged must be received by Freedazz no later than 12/19/2025.
Purchases completed prior to 12/4/25 are eligible for a refund if returned to and received by Freedazz no later than 12/19/2025. Purchases will be refunded to their original form of payment. It may take up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your return and refund.
